REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP

1. Copy of Possession Receipt for Final Transfer Order issued by GIDC.

2. Copy of permanent SSI/DGTD Registration Certificate or Letter of Indent or Industrial License and copy of current Motive Power Bill.

3. Partnership Deed in case of Partnership firm or Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of Private Limited/Limited Company.

4. Copy of notarized Sole Power of Attorney in favour of the authorised representative duly signed by the Proprietor  and in the case of partnership firm signed by all the partners. In the case of private limited/Limited companies, board resolution and authority letter/power of attorney duly signed by the Chairman/ViceChairman/Managing Director/Director/Company Secretary. 

5. Two stamp size photograph of each authorized representative.
